Mulberry Cottage offers traditional B&B accommodation in a peaceful setting in the historic villlage of Richmond.
The only B&B in Australia with entertainment included in the tariff;
"Australia's most fascinating B&B"- journalist's comment.
This is not self contained, but accommodation in a private home.
Choose between themed rooms with en-suite, in the Garden Wing or homestay attics.
The cheeky French Boudoir (below) has a special secret; someone wrote in the book-
"Every master bedroom should have one and a law passed to make it official-
at the very least it would put a smile on your face and one in your heart!"

Oh- and there is something that may also tickle your fancy...

The cosy Old English room (below left) with pleasant views.
These two rooms are in the Garden Wing which has a shared guests' sitting room ( below right)with views,
tea and coffee facilities etc.
This area has its own entrance and is ideal for four or five traveling together. It is pet free.

There are also two standard attic rooms upstairs in the main house area, with bathroom, also ideal for four together.
NB Please do not book the attics if you have allergies to cats or dogs, thank you.
This property is not suitable for young children.
Tariff includes continental breakfast served in the dining room,
a friendly welcome with afternoon tea or a glass of wine
on the terrace or in one of the two cosy lounges and the 6pm show at Grannie Rhodes' on site. It is a non smoking home.
Mulberry Cottage makes no pretences at being a grand country house but offers homely accommodation.

entertainment, friendly atmosphere,
rustic surroundings, a rural view and a great welcome from the hostess,
two retriever dogs and Honey, the cuddly cat, have become the trademark of
Mulberry Cottage B&B.
Grannie Rhodes ' Cottage on site, is not for accommodation,
being the only cottage left in Richmond with no electricity or water in it.
It has been restored to show the 1830's - 1880's in a theatre production.
The attraction has become an integral part of the business at Mulberry
Cottage B&B
but stands on its own as a multi award winning attrction and cultural heritage icon.
